Colombia Unveil Travel Plans For Eagles Game. To Arrive London May 29 From SA Via Madrid

Nigeria’s opponent in the May 30 international friendly to be played at West Ham United’s home ground, Upton Park, Colombia have released their travelling arrangements ahead of the clash.

The South Americans will on May 20 (Thursday) unveil the squad officially at a press conference to prosecute the game and the invited players will start arriving in camp in Bogota the following day, May 21. On May 22, the day Inter Milan and Bayern Munich will battle for the 2009/2010 UEFA Champions League crown in Madrid, the Colombian national team will be preparing to arrive the Spanish capital just as fans of both clubs make their way to the Bernabeau Stadium.

The Colombians will fly out of Bogota via Spanish national carrier, Iberia and finally touch down on May 23, then check-in at Hotel Tryp Alameda Aeropuenoto.

On May 24, Los Cafetero (The Coffee Growers) handled by Hernan Dario Gomez who was appointed on May 4 this year will fly to Johannesburg on an Iberia airline.

The team will be guest of World Cup hosts, South Africa on May 27 in an international friendly at Loftus Versfeild Stadium in Pretoria.

The following day they will jet back to Madrid, Spain still with Iberia airline and on May 29, the team fly from Madrid to London and stay at Hilton Dartford Hotel in London.

The tie which almost ran into a hitch due to venue controversies will be played on May 30 and the Colombians will then make the journey back to their country on May 31.
